Parikia

Parikia is the settlement where most of our accommodations are situated. It is the capital of Paros and it features the main port of the island. Parikia is also the financial capital of Paros. There is an Old Town in the center of Parikia, with picturesque alleys and the Frankish Castle. In Parikia Bay you will find a few of the popular beaches of Paros; Martselo, Krios and Livadia. Restaurants, traditional taverns and bars are countless in this town. Additionally, Parikia is the main location from where you will be able to enjoy stunning sunsets.

It is worth knowing that in Parikia you will find the most famous attraction of Paros, Panagia Ekatontapyliani. This is one of the first Christian churches in Greece. Additionally in Parikia, you will be able to visit the Archaeological Museum of Paros, as well as other interesting attractions.

Naoussa

Naoussa is one of the places that you must visit during your trip to Paros Island. This traditional fishing village is one of the most picturesque places in Greece. Although it is visited by thousands of travellers every year, it maintains its authentic touch.

Naoussa features a small harbour, full of traditional fishing boats called “kaiki”. You can walk around it and enjoy dinner or a cocktail right next to the boasts. One of the attractions there is the Venetian fortress. You can reach it by walking on the distinctive wall. However you should know that the village is an attraction by itself.

Inside the alleys you will find many shops, as well as “hidden” restaurants and taverns.

Regarding the distances, Naoussa Village is located 10 km away from Parikia.

Lefkes

Lefkes Village is the first capital of Paros. It is built in the center of the island on a cliff of a mountain. One of the aspects that played an important role in choosing this location by our ancestors was the fact that it was not easily accessible by pirates.

The village is truly beautiful. It is surrounded by a small forest, it features narrow and colourful alleys and people here are kind and warm. In Lefkes you will have the opportunity to see how the daily life of local residents looks like.

If you visit Lefkes, we suggest you walk and see the main church of the village, which you will see from the road as you approach this amazing settlement. Don’t miss, however, a walk among the alleys which give an impression of a labyrinth. The village features many taverns and cafes. If you are a trekking fan, you should know that the “byzantine road” starts from Lefkes and ends in Prodromos Village.

Lefkes is located about 11 km away from Parikia.
